Instructions for application:

1. Take a photo or scan your photo Identification card and email to dynastyarms@gmail.com.

2. Click “Print Application” to open, print and email back, or select “Apply Online”.

3. Scan, take photo and upload, e-mail back to dynastyarms@gmail.com. Or click “Send” button if filling out online.

4. Pay membership fee of $25 after approval of application is sent back to you.
